DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

We’ll ask for documentation such as your passport or Emirates ID, a copy of your trade license, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your sponsor (if you are a foreign national) and proof of company registration. Secure your property

Make sure you're prepared to deposit a security deposit on your new commercial property. Get your cheque book ready and read the contract carefully before signing.

Register your Ejari

Your agent will register your rental agreement, which involves filling out some forms and paying fees. The form is to be filled out, and fees will be paid, so check with your agent.

6.

DEWA connections

If you’re in Dubai, you must register your company with the Commercial Registry. Then, choose an internet provider – some buildings only have one provider, so check before you commit.

7.

Move-in now

It’s time to move into the new space and start your business activities.
